ArtCraft-style AI image editor
An ArtCraft-style browser canvas: compose a scene, refine it with AI, and give it a voice.
Editing and PNG export are free. AI image and video generation use credits. Video cost is shown before generation. A reference helps guide identity and composition; identical faces are not guaranteed.
Image generations
Your AI image results will appear here. Select a result to add it as a layer.
Turn your finished frame into a talking video
Send the rendered composition to AudioToVideoAI, then add a script or audio and choose your video model.
Compose or generate your frame, then send it here to create a video.
How the browser canvas works
Start with an uploaded photo, a blank canvas or an AI image. Move and resize layers, add text, or draw over the scene; undo changes while you explore. Keep an editable project for later revisions, export a finished image, or continue to the talking-video creator.
Compose your frame
Stack images, shapes, text, and drawings. Adjust layout and keep an editable project file.
Generate or refine
Create an AI image from a prompt, or use your rendered composition as a visual reference for changes.
Create your video
Use the finished frame with a script or audio in the existing AudioToVideoAI video creator.
About the browser editor and the ArtCraft project
This browser editor is built and operated by AudioToVideoAI. It is independent of ArtCraft and does not connect to your ArtCraft account.
The canvas above lets you edit images online, arrange text and drawings, generate AI artwork and prepare a frame for lip sync. Looking for the original ArtCraft software? The guide below links to its official web app, downloads and source code.
What is ArtCraft, and which app do you need?
In this guide, ArtCraft means the creative software at getartcraft.com. The name also appears in unrelated lighting, printing and font searches; those are different products.
The AI image and video studio
ArtCraft combines AI generation with visual control over images and scenes. Its official project describes 2D composition, 3D staging and image-to-video workflows. Use it to design a character or shot before adding dialogue.
ArtCraft project overviewThe open-source Crafting Apps
PhotoCraft is an image editor; FilmCraft is a video editor. These belong to a wider app family and are distinct from the AI studio. Several are marked early alpha or in development, so check the app's current release before relying on it for a project.
Crafting Apps and release statusOfficial website, web app and downloads
Use the project's own links to find the app you intended. Follow the download page for current installers and availability; a Crafting App installer and the ArtCraft AI studio are different downloads.
From a composed image to a talking video
Build your scene in the browser canvas, then choose Use this frame for video to send the rendered image to the video creator on this page. Add a script or audio and review the model and credit estimate before generating.
- 1
Create and export your character
Upload an image or generate one with AI, then arrange text, shapes and drawings in layers. For a talking character, keep one main face front-facing and its mouth visible. Export a PNG if you also need the composition in another editor.
- 2
Add the image or clip and a voice
Use this frame for video opens the speaking-video workflow below the canvas. Enter a script or add clean speech audio, choose a supported model, and check its input limits and displayed credit estimate. You can also upload exported media directly in Studio.
- 3
Preview and return to your editor
Watch the mouth timing, teeth, face edges and character consistency. If the face distorts, try a clearer crop or a more front-facing source. Download the result and import the clip into your video editor to add titles, music and other shots.
PNG exports and editable project files
Export PNG creates a flattened image for sharing or video input. Export project saves an editable AudioToVideoAI canvas file that you can import here later. External ArtCraft or FilmCraft project files are not supported; render those as standard media first. Use images, voices and likenesses you have permission to use.
Example brief: a speaking illustrated host
Create a front-facing illustrated host with an unobstructed mouth. Export the portrait, record a short welcome line and generate a test in Studio. Put the speaking clip over your title card in the editor. This is a workflow example, not a tested ArtCraft export or a guarantee for every illustration style.
Watch a AudioToVideoAI talking-video example
This existing AudioToVideoAI demo shows the kind of speaking output to evaluate. It was not made from a verified ArtCraft source. Test your own exported asset before committing to a longer scene.
ArtCraft-style editing: free tools and generation costs
ArtCraft software and AI generation
Free or open-source software does not mean unlimited free inference. ArtCraft's pricing page lists paid generation plans and credit packs, alongside options to use your own compute or third-party subscriptions. Check current terms for your chosen setup.
Check ArtCraft pricingAudioToVideoAI generation costs
Browser canvas editing and PNG export are free. AI image creation, composition refinement and talking-video generation use AudioToVideoAI credits. Image cost is shown beside the prompt; video cost depends on the selected model, duration and output settings. Review the estimate before generating.

Can I use the image editor online without installing anything?
Yes. Open the canvas in your browser to add images, text, shapes and drawings. Installation is not required. Local editing works without signing in; cloud projects and AI generation require a AudioToVideoAI account.
How do I save and reopen an editable canvas?
A draft is saved in this browser as you edit. Sign in and use Save to cloud to access the project from another device, or choose Export project to download an editable backup. Import project restores that backup. Browser drafts can be lost if you clear site data.
What is the difference between generating and refining an image?
Generate image creates an image from your prompt. Refine composition also sends the rendered canvas as a visual reference for the requested changes. You can add an AI result as an image layer; it does not rewrite each original layer separately or guarantee an identical face.
Is this the official ArtCraft app or a browser alternative?
This is an independent AudioToVideoAI browser editor with an ArtCraft-style canvas workflow. It supports 2D composition, AI images and a talking-video handoff. It does not import ArtCraft projects, connect to ArtCraft accounts or provide the original app's 3D workspace.
Is the whole workflow free?
You can compose layers, draw and export PNG files for free in this browser editor. AI images and talking videos require AudioToVideoAI credits; the cost is shown before generation. The original ArtCraft service has its own pricing and credits.
Will any illustrated character work?
Results vary. A clear, front-facing face and visible mouth are a better starting point than a tiny face, a profile view or an abstract character. Make a short test and review it before generating a full scene.
Where is the official ArtCraft website?
The AI creative software website is getartcraft.com, with its browser app at app.getartcraft.com and source code under storytold/artcraft on GitHub. Use official pages to find current downloads.
Is ArtCraft the same as PhotoCraft or FilmCraft?
They are related, but separate apps. ArtCraft is the AI creative studio; PhotoCraft and FilmCraft are image and video editors in the Crafting Apps family. Pick the app that matches your task.
Can I use ArtCraft images in AudioToVideoAI?
You can upload a standard exported image or video if it meets the selected model's requirements and you have the necessary rights. AudioToVideoAI does not import ArtCraft project files or connect directly to your ArtCraft account.
Does ArtCraft support lip sync?
Capabilities depend on the current app and model. The official pages reviewed here describe broad image, video and editing workflows; this guide does not verify every audio feature. For the workflow on this page, export media and use AudioToVideoAI to match it to speech.
