Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AudioToVideoAI. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use AudioToVideoAI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
This AI acceptable use policy applies to prompts, uploaded photos, videos and audio, cloned voices, generated content and how you share or use outputs across all AudioToVideoAI features and APIs, including text-to-speech, voice cloning, photo animation and lip sync.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not use AudioToVideoAI to mislead, impersonate, or violate rights of others.
Content standards and prohibited categories
Do not request, upload, generate, edit or distribute any of the following through AudioToVideoAI. These restrictions apply to real, fictional and AI-generated content, and attempts to bypass safety controls are prohibited.
- Pornography / NSFW: Sexual acts, explicit nudity, fetish content and other sexually explicit material, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence / gore: Graphic violence, gore, torture or extreme injury, and content promoting or instructing violence, terrorism or self-harm.
- Hate speech: Content attacking, dehumanizing, threatening or inciting discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
- Child safety / CSAM: Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or other content that endangers children. This includes synthetic content and fictional depictions of minors.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: Deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, fraud, or misleading depictions of a real person's identity, speech or actions. Clone only your own voice or a voice you have explicit authorization to use, for lawful, non-deceptive purposes.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights, including unauthorized reproduction of protected works, logos or another person's likeness or voice. Use only material you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use.
Report prohibited generated content
Anyone can report suspected violations or abuse to support@audiotovideoai.video, including people without a AudioToVideoAI account. This inbox is monitored by our support team.
Include the content URL or task ID if available, the relevant feature, a description of the violation and your contact email. For rights complaints, explain which rights you hold. Do not attach, download or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide only its location and non-explicit identifying details.
Our team assesses reports, prioritizes child safety and other serious harm, reviews the relevant inputs, outputs and account activity as needed, and takes action on confirmed violations. We may request more information and inform you of the outcome where appropriate. We handle reporter information confidentially, subject to legal obligations. Knowingly false or abusive reports are prohibited.
How content moderation works
Automated checks: We use Falcons.ai NSFW Image Detection through Replicate to screen images in supported upload and image-generation flows. Images flagged as NSFW are rejected. Where this check is enabled, a failed check stops processing until safety verification succeeds.
Human review: Our team manually reviews user reports and suspected violations, including relevant generated content. We can investigate associated prompts, source media and account activity when needed to assess a violation and protect users.
Review coverage: Automated image checks do not identify every prohibited category across text, audio and video, and we do not manually approve every generated output before delivery. User reports and human review complement these checks. Users remain responsible for following this policy.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and repeated abuse, we may reject a request, remove or disable access to violating content under our control, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend an account or permanently terminate access. Serious child-safety violations and other suspected crimes may be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
To ask for a review of an enforcement decision, contact support@audiotovideoai.video with your account email, task ID or notice reference, and an explanation. Our team will reconsider the decision and may request supporting information.
Content and rights
You retain ownership of your content. You grant AudioToVideoAI a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service.
Payments
Paid features are billed in advance or as usage accrues. Taxes may apply. All payments are processed by our payment providers.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued at our discretion unless required by law.
Service availability
We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioToVideoAI disclaims all warranties and liabilities.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioToVideoAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm AudioToVideoAI or others.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
